All payment, rooming assigments, dietary needs, and other information will done trhough the our travel agents portal for our organization. This will allow to pay and monitor your individual travel account 24 hours a day from any location.
Adults/Chaperones are also eligigble for the student quad occupancy options

- 7:30 Depart
- 11:30 Lunch stop on own
- 3:30 Arrive and drop group at Disney Springs (drivers rest )
- Dinner on own
- 9pm Depart to hotel
- 7am Breakfast on own
- 8:15 Drop at Disney parking lot (drivers Rest)
- 9am Disney EPCOT $20 dining card for dinner
- 9:30 Meet at bus parking head to hotel
- 7:00am Breakfast
- 8:30 Load Busses and depart for Magic Kingdom park
- 6pm Parade $20 dining card for dinner 9:30 pm Park closes return to busses 10p Hotel
- 7am Breakfast at hotel
- 8am Pack/load bus
- 8:30 am Load bus and depart for Hollywood Studios (drivers rest)
- 9am DIsney Park $20 dining card for dinner
- 9:30 Meet at bus parking. load and depart for home
- 6am Arrive PRHS

We will be going to Walt Disney World, Thursday April 12th-Monday April 16th, 2023. The trip will take place during the week of Spring Break. We will be staying at the Drury Plaza Hotel and Suites Disney Springs.

Students current account balance must be paid in full to attend the this trip.
BUSES:
We will only take full buses, no partial buses this is to keep cost to a minimum. In order to keep the trip cost as low as possible we need each seat on every bus to be filled. A waiting list will be formed to ensure each bus is full before we proceed with the next bus. W We will keep you informed as a bus fills and the next waiting list begins. For an example, if we fill 3 buses and have 10 people on the wait list for bus 4, we will need to fill the rest of the 4th bus or the 10 people on the wait list for bus 4 will not be able to attend the trip.
CHAPERONES:
The cost of the trip for Chaperones is the same as the students, $848.
Each adult/parent traveling with the band will be a Chaperone to a group of students. All Chaperones must be approved by UCPS. We will need at least one Chaperone per 10 students. If seats are available, more Chaperones will be allowed to attend. Mr. Ross, Mrs. Tomberlin & Mr. Foray will have the final say on which Chaperones will be allowed to attend the trip.
Chaperones will be 4 to a room, or they have the option to do 2 in a room at an additional cost.
Deposit and Payment schedule for Chaperones is the same as students.

- 3 Day Disney Park Ticket ( This is not a park hopper. Disney is a little different with these post-Covid. Park hoppers do not guarantee entry for a group our size to any specific park)
